PDQ Restoration (“PDQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides restoration operations software, including the PDQ Restoration CRM website and any companion mobile applications (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Services. App stores (including Google Play and the Apple App Store) may link to this page as our public privacy policy.

1. Who this policy covers

The Services are business tools for PDQ Restoration employees, contractors, and authorized company users. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

• Account information — username, name, email address, phone number, role, department, profile photo, and authentication details (including two-factor verification codes sent by email).
• Business records you enter or access — job, customer, property, contact, employee, schedule, photo, and related restoration work data that your company stores in PDQ.
• Device and usage data — IP address, browser or app type, device identifiers, operating system, crash/diagnostic logs, and approximate timestamps of sign-in and in-app activity.
• Mobile app data — push notification tokens (if notifications are enabled), and other data the operating system makes available for the app to function. We do not sell this information.
• Cookies and similar technologies — session and authentication cookies required to keep you signed in and protect the Services. These are essential; we do not use them for third-party advertising.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, operate, and secure the Services (including login, two-factor authentication, and password reset).
• Support restoration operations — jobs, customers, scheduling, communications, and company records.
• Send operational messages, such as security codes and account notices.
• Diagnose errors, prevent fraud or unauthorized access, and improve reliability.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms and company policies.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who host, send email, or otherwise process data on our behalf (for example cloud hosting, email delivery, and caching), only as needed to run the Services. We may also share information if required by law, to protect PDQ or others, or in connection with a business transfer. Authorized users in your company can see business records according to their permissions.

5. Retention

We keep account and business records for as long as your company maintains an account and as needed for operations, legal, and security purposes. Authentication cookies last for the signed-in session (and “remember me” duration, if you choose it).

6. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to a business CRM, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) in production, access controls, and optional email two-factor authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may update profile details while signed in, enable or disable two-factor authentication on your account (where offered), and sign out. For access, correction, or deletion of company business records, contact your administrator or PDQ using the details below. You can also control cookies and notifications in your browser or device settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in.

8. International users

The Services are operated for PDQ Restoration in the United States. If you access them from another country, your information may be processed in the United States.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
